Here is the transcript of the 12-16-09 meeting. Enjoy.
[Meeting begins with silent energy work with the Guardians.]
Visionaries: Breathe, breathe, breathe. There comes a time in all journeys—whether they be literary or physical or spiritual—there comes a time in all journeys when you reach the crossroads, when you come to the point where a choice has to be made. And the fascinating thing about the crossroads is that most often the belief is that when the roads cross it means you either have to turn left or right. But the beauty of now and the place you’re in is that all you have to do is keep moving forward.
You are on the correct path. You are on the correct energetic line. You are moving into yourself deeply. What you have to be cautious about is that when you come to the crossroads, you don’t slip out of where you are and move into some kind of habit that takes you out of the path that you’re knowing you’re in, the knowing you’re on. And your holiday season, of course, is one of the greatest temptations of habit, but we’re not just looking at that now. We’re looking at that place within you where it is attention paid, attention paid, attention paid, and some ahas, and some ups and downs, and some roller coaster stuff, and maybe some interesting super hero things that happen, whatever, and then all of a sudden you just get a little bit complacent. You stop asking what is true now. You stop looking for how to express the truth of you. You let go of the path that has been serving you.
This is just another way that habit rears its head, because there’s that thing that says, “Oh, things are better now.” And “things are better now” wants to go back to, “OK, I can stop doing what I was doing.” It’s like when you take medicine. “Oh, I took some medicine and I feel better so I’m going to stop taking the medicine now.” And the doctor says, “Take all of it.” And you say, “Oh no, I’m feeling better now,” and so you stop. We’re looking energetically at you and we’re saying don’t let the crossroads confuse you. Don’t let the crossroads keep you from the journey that you are validating yourself through. Just because you get to a plateau point or just because you get to a point where it’s not as in-your-face, you don’t feel like you’re being buffeted by the wind, or drowned by the waves of the ocean—whatever version of this has been overwhelming you like it the best to have it expressed. Just because there’s a little break in the action doesn’t mean to stop taking the medicine. It doesn’t mean to stop doing the tools. It doesn’t mean to let go of the path that’s taken you this far.
The crossroads is very close to the end. It’s very close to a transformed state. It’s very close to a brand new way of being. And as you get closer and closer to the end the crossroads are more and more frequent, because the body and mind are collaborating to say, “Are you sure you want this big change?” And they’re giving you all kinds of off-ramps to get off the path you’re on. They throw up some stop signs and some stoplights and they keep saying, “Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?” And the only way for you to know if you’re sure is to say, “What is true now? What is the truth of me? What do I authentically desire to experience? Why am I in fear? What is this habit I’m experiencing?” To ask yourself the questions that you’ve been asking all this time. To keep asking them, even if the way the answers are coming to you is shifting or it becomes a little more obvious or you think, “Oh, I don’t need that so much because I think I got all I could get out of it.”

What we’re going to ask you to do is to attend to the truth of the moment, which is that you’re not in bliss yet. And if you’re not in bliss, there is still road to walk. If you’re not in bliss, there is still road to walk. So caution against changing your path simply because your reaction to the tools is becoming different. It doesn’t mean the job has finished. It doesn’t mean the job is done. It means that you are still walking the path. It’s just not as slamming. OK? You have every opportunity to continue on your path even when the temptations of habit, the temptations of the old way, the temptations of society and the culture telling you you’re wrong, the temptations of not being validated, the temptations of no one getting you.
Whatever your current temptation is, whenever those temptations show themselves, just allow yourself to say, “I know this path is moving me in a direction that I appreciate and I want to continue on. I know where these side roads lead. They lead all the way back to the beginning and I’m not willing to go back to the beginning. I’m not interested in going back to the beginning. I’m interested in continuing to move forward until I get to a new beginning, until I get to a new beginning. That’s what I am interested in.” If you’re not in bliss, there’s still some road to walk. Now, if you’re in neutral, you’re getting closer, but that’s not bliss. And the sense we get is the tools are working and you’ve gone a little bit into neutral, a little bit into plateau, a little bit into pause and at that point it’s up to you to move forward more. OK?
Eloheim: OK, well, so! How is that energy work at the beginning from the Guardian’s?
Comment: Pretty trippy.
Eloheim: A little bit more information would be helpful.
Comment: Head popping.
Comment: Tingling in the heart chakra.
Comment: Very reassuring and validating.
Eloheim: Did any male person experience anything during the Guardians?
Comment: It’s hard to tell.
Eloheim: Last time none of the men felt anything and all the women did so that’s the only reason we ask in that way. (to Richard) After you did the bowl?
Comment: Subtle but yes.
Comment: Didn’t feel anything in my body.
Eloheim: The Guardians officially suck at coming into the human form. They almost have Veronica throwing up, so that’s something to be said.
Comment: I think they don’t breathe.
Eloheim: Ah, we’ll have to check in on that. They are very, very unskilled at interacting with the human form and they can move energy so powerfully. We’re negotiating. We’re negotiating. That’s why they don’t talk anymore.
Question: Do they need the form to move energy through?
Eloheim: Yes. We’re not even going to explain why. What we haven’t yet figured out is how to be in Veronica’s energy field and give them enough room to do what they want to do too. We were trying to be there together—there was almost barfing, so we’re not going to try it that way again. Veronica’s like, “That’s going to be a mess!”
Let’s just see if we can figure out… they were doing that… the conversations been had about… see how hard their energy—even when we try to tune into their energy, we can’t talk anymore. Just a second. Veronica’s like, “No! I’m not going there,” because she doesn’t want to throw up. So, this is really interesting. OK, so they are helping you chip away the excess marble so the sculpture of you can be revealed is one of the ways we’ve used to describe it, but primarily what they were doing tonight was also clearing away the things that have been chipped off.
OK, it’s another one of those times when something really major is happening here and we’re just going to ask you to just hang in for a second to see what this is. The Guardians are asking us just to ask you to take energetically, or with your intention, something that you know that you have gotten rid of in 2009—whenever, it doesn’t matter—but something that you know you have released or a behavior that you know you have transformed, a trigger, and then imagine that that has some kind of a tangible shape and that you can put it down between your feet or right in front of you on the ground someplace. So let’s just do this together. And this is some big shit mojo energy going down here tonight, so we’re just going to… OK, everybody got something?
So, what we’re going to do here is we’re going to talk, they’re going to do the energy, and Veronica is going to try not to throw up. This is the collective wisdom of the evening. This is something we’re going to make this request, what you are letting go of here we would strongly suggest you pick the thing. Don’t fuck around, is what we’re trying to say here, because they’re going to move some serious energy and when they move this energy you want it to be that thing that you really want to get rid of. So, if it’s something that maybe you haven’t gotten all the way rid of but you’re ready to get all the way rid of, that’s the thing you should pick. So this is one of those times where you guys brought a strong enough intention into the room to let go of stuff that they’re able to really help you cut cords—and we can’t talk anymore so we’re going to trust that you know what we’re talking about.
So it’s on the ground, and maybe it still has some tendrils or hooks or cords or straps or wires or anything like that that’s attached to you. So, we’re going to walk around the circle and just know that out of all the beings that you have worked with, the Guardians can work energy better than any of us. And you’ve all seen us move energy and you’ve seen the Visionaries move energy. They’re going to move energy. And you may not even feel it, you may feel it. We don’t know. They’ve backed off a little so we can explain it more. Don’t worry about Veronica. We’ve got her. Don’t worry about her. Because if you’re worried about her that’s going to confuses the energetics. We know it’s hard not to, but don’t. Let’s let them just come back in then.
Now, collectively, bring your collective intention together regarding what it is you’re ready to collectively let go of. And we would say collectively, it’s that sense of isolation that you feel in your heart even though you stand together often, that sense of isolation, that loneliness, that sense of not feeling understood or known. It comes from lifetime after lifetime after lifetime of standing out in the crowd one way or another. There you go. At some point it just is. You are who you are. The reception of that is no longer high enough on the list to get as much attention.
[Silent energy work for six minutes]
So let’s have some breathing. Are you guys even in the room? Are you here? Do you feel connected to your body? Does anyone feel like they really want to talk about that?
Comment: At first I thought, “How could you know what I’ve been experiencing?” I feel such an incredible clarity.
Eloheim: Some of what is going on is difficult to put into words and that’s why we’re not using very many tonight. There’s not a lot of language to associate with the expression of… Your individual expressions of that energetic were all unique. Every single one of you presented with a different picture, a different representation, a different expression of release. It’s very interesting to observe. The Guardians bring through much more visual energy than we do. So we were sort of watching a movie and making sure Veronica didn’t fall down. That was our job and it was pretty cool. It was pretty cool.
Comment: I’ve been working on getting to the bottom of things. The naiveté of ego. I can feel it. It started as a blob and then it just disappeared. It was exquisite.
Eloheim: You know we told you years ago, but at some point there would be a meeting with no words and this is getting pretty close to that because languaging the energy that’s moving in the room right now is really challenging. Languaging what we are sensing, what we’re feeling, what we’re seeing is really, really interesting. So Richard, that tool that we came up with for you that we wanted to talk about next, we’re wondering if you’ve had any time with it at all yet?
Richard: No.
Eloheim: Not yet? That’s fine. That’s fine. We just thought if you had, we could get your opinions about it so far, but we think it’s a good time to share it now. [Eloheim mentioned to Richard during the private session that they were going to be using this tool with the group] Richard asked us about a thing that’s been going on with his hand and coming up with an exercise to facilitate the energy moving in his hand more, we expanded it to a tool that we felt all of you would benefit from, and so we’re going to show you that now. And the purpose of this tool is to give you practice emanating.
We’ve been talking at length about emanating, emanating, emanating. Because so many of you have alternative expressions of you, which is our new language for past lives, now that we’re collapsing the lifetimes we’re just calling them alternative expressions. You have concurrent alternative expressions where your emanation has gotten you shot, raped, pillaged, hung, burned up, crucified, basically whacked in every creative way possible—and as we say to you, “OK, it’s time to emanate,” parts of you are hearing that means it’s time to get dead. And because you’ve had so much practice at managing your fear response around getting dead you can say, “OK, I’m not in physical danger, we have that tool,” but it’s still: We say emanate and you say get dead; we say emanate and you say get dead. So, we’re not moving. We’re not moving. And we can’t have your emanation aborted by fear based in alternative expressions where when you emanated you got dead. And when we look at how to heal your feelings around being able to emanate safely, what you do is those alternative expressions of you benefit from that, as well. And no, we’re not going to go into the details of how that works, but just know that part of what we’re moving into now is transforming the alternative expressions of you so that they can ascend with you as you ascend.
So, the tool is this. You want to put the four fingers of the hand together with their matching fingers—the thumbs don’t get to participate, they get to hang out. So as you put your fingers together what we’re looking at is the emanation comes out of your right side of your body. We’ve talked about this a million times. The right side of your body is the outward expression; the left side of your body is your inner expression—male/female, yin/yang, whatever. So, what we’re looking at is starting with your left pinky—the tip of your left pinky—you want to see, feel, imagine, pretend if you can’t feel it—we don’t care—pretend, if you can feel it, groovy, if you can feel it part of the time, groovy. And you want to move the energy along your pinky, palm, through the arm, across the chest, down the other arm and out the other pinky into the pinky again. So at first we just want to practice doing that. Maybe give it three or four spins. It can be fast, it can be slow, whatever, dealers choice.
Then what you want to do is come up with an issue in your life, money, marriage, health, whatever, just pick whatever one you’ve got on your mind, and as you move that energy through the left hand, up the left arm and across the chest we want you to just see how you experienced that in 2009 or up until now, let’s say, how you experienced it. And this is how it used to trigger you, how it used to always be on your mind, how it scared the crap out of you, blah, blah, blah, all the things we’ve talked about. As it gets to the middle of your chest and it moves through that combination heart/power chakra that the Guardians have been working on, we want you to transform it by saying, “How do I want to feel about it? To see it change?” Even, “I am willing for it to be transformed.” Any sort of opening around that issue that you can express.
So, let’s do money because that’s always a good one. We’re going to start at the pinkies and we’re going to do money. So as you move it along, you know, how you’ve felt about money, how you’ve been triggered about money, where you experience lack. And it’ll be interesting because as soon as we said lack, Veronica got tight in her wrist. So, just see what—if you have any sort of blah, blah, whatever, this is your own internal process being shown to you—move it along and as it gets to the center of your body, how does the center of your body feel when you think about money in the center of your body? As you move it down near your right arm we have a new money mantra for you. “I am in financial flow and money comes to me in infinite ways.” So let’s just use that one: “I am in financial flow and money comes to me in infinite ways.” Down the right arm, into the pinkie and then do it again. And you can come up with however many rounds you need to do to give yourself the opportunity to not only become aware of what you’re clearing but to set some intentions, set some programming, set some realizations of how you wish to feel. Use your tools, if nothing else “I don’t know anything about this.” “I am willing.” “I am open to a transformation.” Whatever spins your boat, but use your tools.
So then once you’ve come up with…maybe you’ve done money enough, then move to the next finger. And maybe that’s a good relationship finger because that’s where you guys wear your wedding rings on that finger, so let’s say relationships and let’s look at your relationships. Now it can be friendships, it can be your lover, it can be your partner, husband, wife, kids, boss, gardener, whatever, who cares. Whatever relationship that you feel like you need to address or you want to look at or if you have a relationship that you know is really changed or a relationship you want to get going or a relationship that you want to heal or a relationship to an alternative expression of you that you’ve become aware of that you’re feeling could use some attention from you or you say, “I want to make some kind of collaboration or exchange.” So you run it up the left arm and then when you get to the right arm, “I am willing,” “I don’t know anything,” “I am ready for the fullest expression of me to be present in that relationship,” “I want the truth of me to be shown in that relationship,” whichever of these words resonate with you. And maybe you have to do that 25, 35, 55 times—we don’t know, but it’s more than one, we’ll tell you that. A number greater than one.
And then you get to the next finger and maybe that’s health. Let’s let that one be health. And so you look at your health issues. What health things, what body things, what would you change about your body, what physical things are you struggling with, on and on and on and then you let that go up your left hand. As you look at going up your left hand what you’re doing is you’re really looking at not “Oh God, I’ve had this bad back for 10 years,” but “Wow, I’ve learned a lot about back pain. I’ve learned a lot about poor eyesight. I’ve learned a lot about…” whatever you guys have going on these days. And it’s not a time to complain. It’s a time to look at how it’s been, how it’s changed, what it’s taught you, what you know now. From the tool-based expression of you, how do you evaluate it? How would you consciously talk about your physical thing that you’re concerned about, when you could say, “I’ve learned enough from back pain,” or “Back pain has been here for me but I’m ready to let it go. Back pain has revealed a lot of things to me but I’m ready to learn in a new way that’s not as painful. I’m ready to pay more attention; I don’t need the hammer upside the top of my head to learn.”
These are the ways we want that left arm information to be, because what you’re doing is you’re bringing that energy alive in your body and you don’t want to bring the unconscious energy alive in your body. You want to bring the conscious awareness of that energy alive in your body. You’re moving it through this enormously powerful turned-on power and heart chakra combination, and that’s like the place where it gets all composted and changed into a new form because it’s running through a heart/power chakra synergy. And then out the right arm saying, “I’m willing. I’m willing to live in a healthy body. I’m willing to open up to alternatives that I hadn’t previously been aware of. I’m willing to say why is this happening for me rather than why is this happening to me.” All those sorts of things. And there might be some truth that says, “I think I still have something to learn from x, y, z. I can feel I still have something to learn here but I want to learn it in the most easeful, graceful and speedy way possible.”
Because, see, what you’re doing is you’re making an agreement with your body. You’re making an agreement with your energetic system. You’re saying, “This is how I want it to be going forward.” Because what have we been telling you? January is going to kick off a new relationship to the body, so what you’re doing is you’re creating this system that says this is how we can program the experience we want to have. Then you have another finger, what haven’t we done? Housing. You can do whatever you want with the fingers. We’re giving suggestions.
Then, of course, before you end, each time you do this—and maybe you’ll do it every day, maybe you’ll do it once, maybe you’ll do it twenty times a day, we don’t know what you’re going to do—but before you end what we would recommend you do just to see the whole hand, the whole chest, the whole hand, and all four fingers at once being a sense of emanating the truth of you. So, “I choose for the wholeness of me to be expressed.” And maybe you can reflect on places where you’ve cheated yourself out of your entire expression, places where you’ve played small, places where you’ve given the truth of you away, places where you haven’t believed in yourself, places where you’re insecure or uncertain, and you can just let those light up, like you’re watching a movie. Not like you’re getting triggered, not you’re going through emotions, just let them show you. And then as you move through that heart/power chakra and you go down that other arm, all you need is “I am willing for the truth of me to be expressed in every moment. I’m ready to show up as the completeness of me.”
What you’re training yourself to do is to emanate in a safe way. It’s completely safe because the only person getting your emanation is you. And what happens is then all of a sudden you’ve had more practice, more practice, more practice, more practice, you go out into the world and you’re practiced at emanating, expressing, your energetic. And beyond that you’ve reworded and reworked all these different aspects of yourself and consciously moved them through the power/heart chakra combo and moved them into the moving out into the world emanation side of your body. Questions about that?
Comment: Once a day? Ten times a day?
Eloheim: Rock and roll. Whatever turns you on. Whatever you feel good about. And you might sit down to do it and think, “Wow, this is really cool. I want to keep doing this.” But what we’d like to see you doing is if you’re feeling anxious about putting yourself out in the world or showing up as your complete self or believing you can, that’s really what this tool, well, it has so many uses. But the primary thrust of it is the practice emanating your complete self in a completely safe environment because you’re the only one experiencing your emanation and that practice makes it possible to do it with other people around more easily. Just like you need to put on a dance and you’ve got a little stage fright, well you keep practicing the dance until you feel good about the dance. Then when you get up there you might still feel some stage fright but you have body/muscle memory and plus you understand it a little more. You’ve experienced it a little more.
Comment: Was that all four fingers in contact?
Eloheim: We think probably all four are better just to keep the circuit flowing and frankly, the whole finger thing is more about getting you to pay extra attention than it is about… very rarely do we give you tools that you have to do it exactly the way we said it. But if you think about your pinky that requires more habit-breaking consciousness than if we just said put your hands together. And to actually hold that kind of a basket shape that requires a little bit more paying attention than if we just said clasp your hands and run it in a circle.
Question: Do we have to consciously activate that part where they’re going through the heart chakra?
Eloheim: You have been with the Guardians. That stuff is turned on. No, you don’t have to turn on that power/heart chakra thing. That’s turned on already and it’s functioning, actually.
Question: For the viewers who do not have sensory pinky touching—either they don’t have a pinky or it’s numb and they don’t know it. Is there a method for them to use for a focusing point?
Eloheim: Well, they just have to work with what they’ve got. One time we had a thing where we said something to the effect of think about your ankles and someone wrote an email saying, “Well, what if I don’t have an ankle?” It’s like, well, think about something that you have then. Work it out. If you’re missing something, work it out. Just work it out. Like we said, you could clasp your hands and do the same tool. You could do it without holding your hands probably. But it’s making a dynamic that requires you to pay a lot of attention. It’s really focusing on this. Give it a spin. Let us know what you think next week, but we have a sense this is a good one.
You had homework. The homework was to see if you felt like you could make an observation to someone else in the group about the difference you’ve seen in them in whatever issue you’ve noticed and the way they’ve handled things in the past or talked about things over the past few months or years, some of you it could be years. See we want you guys to be patting yourselves on the back more and if you won’t pat yourselves on the back we thought perhaps we could get you guys to pat each other on the back a little bit. Did anyone besides Heidi think about this? Because apparently Heidi has a list. She’s typed it out.
Heidi: Veronica. I rejoice in your willingness to offer your vitality and vigorous energies to the Eloheim, Visionaries, and Guardians. Especially I thank you for re-anchoring my shoulder and collarbone.
Randy: Letting go of being in control of everything all the time and our lives seem more about relaxing more about things that come up.
Eloheim: So when something comes up that you feel you would have controlled in the past, what do you do now?
Comment: Observe it. I’m observing and I have a talk in my head a little bit and it’s like it doesn’t have any more Velcro. There’s no more Velcro for me needing to fix it for other people or even give it—it doesn’t enter me anymore. It’s like it’s out here and I’m just viewing it like a movie and I can give objective advice or an objective response as opposed to an emotionally engaged, take it personally, kind of response.
Eloheim: How are you reacting when you find a situation you would have previously controlled?
Comment: Much better. I step back. I’m there in the moment and I realize what’s happening and I step back. I don’t want it. I don’t desire it. It’s so much easier not having it. It makes life so much easier just to sit there and observe it and step back.
Mary: We’re all much more comfortable in our skins and a lot more present and willing to talk and share. This has got to be what bliss is. Everything is a lot easier. We don’t get so riled up.
Comment: Fewer triggers.
Comment: It seems like it really just clicked in for us. Two or three weeks ago.
Eloheim: There’s been a lot of changes, recently, that we’ve seen in you guys and on the webcast we were talking about the boring thing. But you guys haven’t been talking about the boring thing for a while. It’s one of the steps of this whole process. You do a lot of neutral observation and then you start going, “Oh, I’m bored.” But you guys seem to have moved out of bored now and we’re living in fascination more, we’re living in, like you said, “I just kind of cock my head and think that’s interesting.” So we’re getting a lot more from you guys of fascination.
Veronica was reminding us earlier how really cool it was when you, John, were talking about one of the questions we had, when we did the four questions and your answer, you went four layers deep on your answer. You said, “I thought it was this, and then I thought it was this,” and she really enjoyed that you did that. It really felt good to her—and to us, of course—but she was just thinking that’s cool, not only see that in her world, but to know I’m not the only one who’s ever had that experience of how that feels to go four layers down on something you know is a trigger.
And that does brush up against bliss because what you’re saying is “I’m triggered and I think I’m triggered about this, oh, wait, no, I’m triggered about this, oh wait, I’m triggered about this, oh wait, that’s what’s really going on.” Well, when you know what’s going on then you can do something about it. When you don’t know what’s going on, you can’t. So that’s where that bliss thing comes in, is because instead of being in trigger, you’re in transformation. But it takes attention to get from trigger to transformation. And that’s part of that exercise that we were doing with the fingers is that attention, all that stuff on the left arm, previous triggers, down the right arm, the transformation you desire. Does anybody else have something they wanted to share?
Deb: I’ve noticed with everybody, but in particular Sasha, there are so many levels and I find it absolutely fascinating to watch him go on these different levels. What I get from you is so much more vibrant and clear. You seem so much happier than when I first met you.
Sasha: There’s a calming presence there that’s reassuring. You don’t have to run to people-pleasing anymore. You don’t have to answer to the old pattern anymore.
Eloheim: And we want to say, Deb, that that’s really good feedback that part of what we’re doing here is what you see in others is true in you. Your internal journey is expressed, so when you see people changing, it’s an indication that you’re changing, too.
Heidi: Debbie, I cherish seeing you lay down your flak jacket and openly share all that you are. I wore a flak jacket, too, for more years than God knows.
Deb: It’s not comfortable
John: The group seems a lot more mellow. It’s nice traveling down the road together.
Eloheim: Yeah, and our experience of it is that we can spend 60, 70, 80, 90 minutes together on one subject, or one subject and several sub-subjects, but it’s not so much a case of people coming with that thing that’s bugging them, as much as let’s get together and see where we all are and what tool we can bring forward, what energy we can bring forward, what transformation we can bring forward for all of us. And then using those tools and that transformation to go back and address your specific stuff. Because a tool can work for lots of different situations.
So of course, we know sometimes you just have that thing that’s just burning a hole in your brain that you have to ask about. But more and more often, especially in the latter part of this year, we’re experiencing the questions are about what we’re talking about rather than coming to the meeting with an agenda about what—it’s not the Oracle where you show up saying I have a question—it’s what does the energy bring forth and let’s clarify. Like we did with the fingers and you asked your question and you asked your question, let’s clarify the information. So the Visionaries come in, they lay it out, we come in and seek to clarify it, your questions further clarify it and then we all go away for seven days and see what happens and that’s really fulfilling to us because it allows us to take the information all the way to the place.
Back in the day, the meetings were a little more free-form and people could interrupt and that’s how the format was. That was great then, but at some point we said stop talking, basically because we wanted to start moving energy more and building energetics and exploring an entirety of an experience together and that was a real turning point for what you guys were willing to experience and what we were ready to bring in. We don’t remember when that happened, but we imagine it was this year some time, too, where it was like OK, from now on we’re going to move an energy together and those little distractions stopped being part of the culture. And we know at the beginning that might have been a big change but we believe you see now that it was contributing, we were contributing to a collective.
Question: A question about something that Eloheim and the Visionaries have said. Eloheim has busted me on not doing enough, for not using the tools, but not to beat myself up about it, but the Visionaries say don’t let up, not one moment, unrelenting, Herculean effort. How does one balance that?
Eloheim: That’s a really good question. What the Visionaries are telling you is pay attention. What we’ve been on your ass about is beating yourself up for not paying attention. There’s a difference. It’s the beating yourself up part. So if you recognize, “Wow, I’ve been unconscious for the last hour driving, OK, I’m going to start being conscious again.” The old Richard would’ve gone “Oh, you missed a whole hour being conscious, you asshole,” or whatever you call yourself when you’re not speaking out loud. We don’t know. You probably have words in four languages you use. We wouldn’t be surprised. You see the difference? The Visionaries are just encouraging you not to, like they said, don’t get on the off ramp. Your issue was being really angry with yourself for perceived slights or perceived slacking off. You don’t need to beat yourself up for missed opportunities, just recommit to the opportunity you’re in, the moment you’re in.
Comment: And not let up on it.
Eloheim: Well, yeah, and not let up on it. That would be good, in the sense that the more you pay attention to it, the more second nature it becomes. The more it becomes a part of you. It’s the way you express yourself, which is what you want. You want to express yourself consciously all the time. So it’s “Oh, yes, I recognize that there’s space for more consciousness here,” instead of “Damn it, I blew it again. I wasn’t conscious.” Catching yourself and going into consciousness instead of catching yourself and being mad you weren’t in consciousness. That’s probably the easiest way to say it. We tried four different ways of saying it. We finally got around to one that actually made sense to us. Anybody else have something they want to share about how they’ve seen a specific person or the group in general change in the last year?
Heidi: John, your generous presence in supporting community without surrendering a personal life is a dance I enjoy observing.
John: Thank you, Heidi.
Comment: I’m just in awe of the entire group, transforming, and how much I’ve changed, too. It’s really amazing to watch itself change.
Comment: Donna has really taken the bull’s-eye off of herself and she’s a lot more comfortable. Sure seems like she’s been a lot more confident. And of course we have to give a shout-out to Margy.
Comment: Physically everyone has a glow.
Comment: Lois, please let us know where you are.
Eloheim: We appreciate you guys sharing and opening up even further, expanding, deepening, whatever language you want. It’s this, it’s that open, instead of this, which is the closed. You really have been trained to live like a triangle and now you’re turning it upside down and you’re opening and you’re saying I want more to come to me, I want more opening, I want more expansion, I want more transformation.
Comment: What I’ve noticed is the ease of telling the truth. There’s no more not telling the truth. Everybody here has created the environment needed here to be able to speak your deepest, darkest, truth and that’s amazing to me. I find myself out in the world I can’t live any other way. There’s absolutely no way not to tell the truth. And I see everyone doing it willingly, easily.
Comment: Listening to Veronica’s odyssey in the men’s department.
Eloheim: We’ve seen that one, too. It’s a good one.
We’ve been talking for a long time now it feels like, but it’s probably only been 6 1/2 days knowing the way things have been going lately but it feels like it’s been longer than that, about January 13th and 2010 and the body and how the body and the emotional system are being ensouled and we know you’re curious about that. So we want to hit you with a little bit of that as we’re getting ready to close.
The body—the most amazing structure—over so many different expressions, consistently offering you infinite options for consciousness studies. And as we look at these different expressions of you and you start to become more aware of the different expressions of you, i.e., past lives, what we’ve been calling past lives up until now, and you start to get more of an insight about the way it has been different, what really you’re going to start to see is who you really are in a new light. It’s just like when you get into a partnership and you see that that person lets the water run while they’re brushing their teeth and you think, “I don’t do that,” and you learn about yourself through observing another. Right? You learn, just like we were talking about tonight, you learn about yourself through observing another. As you start to experience the energies of you but that aren’t you, really the glory in this is that it will start clarifying the truth of you. It starts to tell you more about yourself because it’s “Oh, those were choices I made before but this is who I am.” So it starts to teach you more and more deeply who you are, and that more and more deeply who you are is a physical, there’s a physical expression to that, there’s a physical reaction, there’s a physical interaction with that experiencing the truth of you in a new way.
You know we did the finger exercise. Now on one side of your body you’re experiencing something and on the other side of your body you’re experiencing a brand-new thing. This is kind of like bringing in the other expressions of you and then seeing what that collaborative expression of you will look like. It’s the same kind of thing but it’s based in physicality because you’re bringing in the soul’s experience into the physicality. So the bit about January, and specifically January 13th, is getting you ready to express, to express, that fullness, not just as a concept, not just as an “Oh, if I really concentrate,” not just as a mental exercise, but as a deep knowing of who you really are in all levels.
You know, if something happens in your society, let’s say people are rioting and they’re stealing TV’s out of the electronic shop, you’ve seen it on TV, it happens, the mob mentality. On some level you can sit here and say, “I will never do that.” OK, probably you wouldn’t, but that energy is part of your culture and it does happen, that mob mentality thing. But if you had a remembrance of another version of you actually doing it and then you could say, “I can see why that was done but I’m gratified that that’s not me,” that tells you more strongly who you are than simply having an idea about something and saying, “Oh, I would never do that.” So it’s as if, not only are you getting skills and talents and downloading the helicopter thing, the example we used last week, but what you’re doing is you’re saying, “Oh, this is me but it’s not of me. This is an aspect, this is a choice, this is a variety of decisions I’ve made but they are not who I am, moving forward.” Just like things you did in your 20s, you wouldn’t do in your 50s, right? It’s like, “Oh, boy, that choice didn’t lead anyplace good,” so you know you wouldn’t make that choice again. But it’s still who you are, but it tells you how you want to be, rather then becomes who you are. That’s not too subtle, right?
Let’s say when you were a kid you stole bubble gum from the store. OK, nowadays you don’t steal bubblegum from the store. So that is part of the truth of you but it’s not how you want to be going forward. And as these lifetimes start to be more and more and more a part of what you are, then more and more and more clarify who you walk as and that’s really one of the most fascinating parts of it. And you’ve done the same thing within only this lifetime by looking at habits. Habits are like this stealing gum in the previous example. “Oh, I have a habit of leaving the water on while I brush my teeth. I don’t think I need to do that anymore so I’m going to break that habit through conscious choice.”
That’s the same thing. You’ve done it on this level, but you’re going to start doing it on a greater and greater level. And part of why we wanted you guys all to pat yourselves on the back a little bit is because on some level you need to recognize that you have a foundation you’re standing on to make the next steps, taking the next steps, walking the next steps, climbing the next ladder, whatever the hell you want to visualize it as, is there’s a point where you go, “Phew! I’m out of college, now I’m going to go to graduate school.” But there needs to be a little point in time that you acknowledge, “Wow, I’ve come a long way.” And we thought telling each other would not only mirror, like Deb pointed out, but also put the vibration into the room that it’s OK to pat yourselves on the back.
And as you do the hand exercise we want you to really let yourselves see how you have changed. Maybe as you think about money, think about the most triggering aspect that money has shown you before and then maybe work it so that up the arm it’s the less triggering pictures. We don’t know exactly how to illicit from you what we know about you—that you used to be triggered all the frickin’ time and now you’re not. And if you don’t take the space to say, “That is true about me,” very few people are going to give you that. And we want you to stand on that for the next layer of things that we’re going to do together. So that’s the holiday gift we want you to give yourself, is that ability to stand on the transformation you’ve done, especially in the last year, specifically in the last six months, that standing on that place of transformation that says, “Be patient with me, I’m not finished with me yet, but I’ve come a long way baby. Be patient with me, I’m not done with me yet, but damn you should have seen me a year ago. If I think this is a mess I was one fine mess a year ago.” Right?
Emotionally, you’re going to have detox from the physical transformation and that’s why the Guardians came in tonight and did all that energy work on you guys, which we hope some of you at least could feel. But even if you didn’t, trust us, there was a lot going on. Because what they’re doing is they’re saying, “Don’t let this get in your brain.” That’s really the biggest gift they’re offering you is they’re bypassing the “got to think about it” bullshit you’ve done in the past, and they’re trying to pull out anything that’s loose. Anything you’ve just managed to loosen up. It’s like when you’re losing a tooth and it gets just loose enough that you can pull it out. Well, anything that’s sort of loose they’ll shake out of you. They’re like a 10.0 earthquake coming through the room and what they’re doing is anything that you don’t need that you’ve loosened up, they’re trying to pull out of you and get out of your system so that emotionally if you experience detox from this transformation there’s less that you will start thinking about.
Because you know when you start thinking about transformation it just puts it back in that same hopper of “I’ve got to understand it, I’ve got to do it over, I didn’t do it right,” and all of that crap. So if you loosen it up through breaking habits and dealing with your core emotion and all of the tools we’ve given you, “I don’t anything” and “What’s the truth of me,” and it loosens up and they come through and just swipe it out of there, then you didn’t have to think about it. And that’s a really big gift. You guys understand that not having to think about letting go of something like that, especially, and here’s sort of the bow on the package, because you know it’s Christmas time, and even if don’t believe in Christmas we still believe presents are fun and bows are pretty.
Here’s the bow on the package. The other expressions of you, as you shake things loose, you free those other expressions of you to not have to carry those energies either. And if they can strip out that stuff it gets stripped out across the expressions of you, and then you don’t have to think about it or think about it or think about it. And then when you have the collapse of the lifetimes there’s less mental processing that you’re going to be tempted to do. It’s pulling it out across the lifetimes. Because without getting into a lot of quantum physics crap right now, because we’re not going there, we’re just going to phrase it like this. You’re in charge. You’re in charge of the collapse of the lifetimes. Because we’re talking to you. It’s just like when we talk about your marriages. We’re just talking to the wife, we’re only going to talk about the wife’s picture. If we were talking to the husband, we’d talk to the husband’s picture. You’re here, we’re talking about your picture. The lifetimes are collapsing into you is how we’re going to look at this and how we’re going to deal with it for now. For a while.
So when you let go of that energetic and you don’t demand understanding of it, you don’t have to think about it, you don’t have to reprocess it, it’s shaking it out of the other expressions of you as well. The nice thing is then their expression of it doesn’t become a “past life” you have to deal with in this expression of you. You understand? So that’s why when the Guardians went around the room and we said pick something big, because they’re shaking it out of all the expressions of you. Now, maybe it doesn’t come completely off. Who knows. But it’s shaking out of all the expressions of you. And a lot of things you carried from lifetime to lifetime to lifetime. Remember we used to talk about checking things off your list? Anybody who knows what we’re talking about you can tell how long they’ve been coming to the circle because we don’t say that one very often.
One of the ways we used to express this is in the beginning you came here with a list of things you wanted to do. The list of things you wanted to experience. And you have been checking things off that list for a very long time. Well, we’ve told you many times that a lot of things on that list you’ve been skipping over. Lifetime after lifetime after lifetime you’ve been skipping over them because they felt too hard. So that’s why you have big things left. The cool thing is, all that time you thought you were a slacker, the truth is you waited until you had the tools to handle them because they were big but they are out of proportion large now, because you’ve been afraid of them for lifetimes. They look like a big dragon; they’re actually just a lizard.
But if we look at the concurrent lifetime situation in those lifetimes where you’re passing them over and then you do something about it here, you free all those other lifetimes from that burden of, “I have to pass this over because I’m not strong enough to handle it.” You see how many layers this has and we’re just scratching the surface. Because you’re not actually experiencing this yet. You’re not bringing examples. We’re not moving specific energy points yet. We’re just talking in theory. That’s the kind of stuff that’s coming up, so we need you to stand on the foundation of “Look how far I’ve come,” so that when more is thrown at you or more is gathered up by you with wide open arms screaming, “Faster, faster please, I’m an overachieving lightworker!” you don’t run up against something challenging and then kick yourself back to go. You say, “I may slip back a few notches but I don’t slide all the way down the mountain because I know there’s a foundation of transformation that I’ve accomplished.”
It’s time to go. A lot of energy moved, so pay attention to your dreams and pay attention to the things that bubble up and let yourself see how those can be made into foundation—because remember, everything is fascinating. So let it bubble up, “Oh, that’s fascinating,” fascinating builds your foundation. Off we go. Goodnight.
